On December 17th 2007 we welcomed the newest member of our family, our Son.

I’ve become an avid runner, more than likely due to fatherhood. My goals are to run the 5k, 10k, half-marathon, and eventually a full marathon. I’ll keep you posted of my progress.

Why PowerShell Pro?
I’ve put this site together for a few reasons:

  • Obtain and Share Knowledge – One of the best ways to learn a new technology, like PowerShell, is to hash it out with a group of people. When working on projects, positive results are consistently a product of team building. My ambition, PowerShell Pro as the leader of shared information within the PowerShell Community.
  • Automate Tasks – My scripting philosophy, if it can be automated consider it done! A couple of years ago I took the time to learn VBScript, my job changed for the better. I automated 95% of the tasks I did manually. I distributed admin tools (.hta) to other administrators, which evolved into administrative tools accessible from ASP web pages.
  • Networking – Meeting new people and making new friends.

If you have any questions, need to contact me, or just want to introduce yourself, please use the Contact page on this site.

Thank you,
Jesse Hamrick
